We offer a seasonal 3- or 4-course choice menu, where you can select from various options for each course prior to the event. Upon request, we are happy to adapt the menu to your needs. Drinks can be ordered à la carte in the restaurant for groups of up to 14 people. For groups of 15 people or more, as well as in our Private Rooms, we ask that you select aperitifs, wines, and other beverages in advance.
Of course, adjustments are always possible! We are happy to accommodate your change requests. We can best discuss the details in a personal conversation. Simply send us a short email to events@ppug.de and we will call you back.
The menu is offered at a fixed price per person. Drinks are charged based on actual consumption. If you would like a special wine or drink selection, we would be happy to create a custom beverage menu for you.
We kindly ask you to inform us of the exact number of guests no later than 5 days before the event. This number helps our chefs with planning and allows us to prepare the tables accordingly.

There are no room rental fees under any circumstances. For reservations of a Private Room or the entire restaurant, there is a minimum spend, but no room rental fee.
For organizational reasons, à la carte orders are only possible for a maximum of 10 people and only by arrangement within specific time slots.
Of course, you are welcome to bring your own wines or champagne. However, a corkage fee will apply, which we will gladly inform you of in advance. The same applies to bringing your own cakes and tortes – a plating fee will apply here.

The Schleusenblick offers space for up to 40 guests with a view of the Alster river, right next door in the Alstersalon there is space for up to 56 – with standing room up to 70. Our Lounge accommodates up to 100 guests and has its own bar. The Restaurant can seat up to 140 guests, with standing room up to 160.
