On November 11, we celebrate St. Martin’s Day – naturally with our traditional Vierländer goose, fresh from the oven, served for four people and carved tableside.

With roast gravy, spiced red cabbage, Brussels sprouts with bacon, potato and curd dumplings, boiled butter potatoes, and cranberries. Exclusively on November 11, we’ll be serving house-baked bread with savory spread as well as a complimentary soup starter from the kitchen.

We are already serving our oven-fresh Vierländer duck – also with all the traditional sides – for two people, carved tableside.
